About UDAI

UDAI (Urban Design & Architecture Initiative) – ‘To ascend or rise’ in Sanskrit – is a cross-disciplinary and collaborative practice involved in Contemporary Architecture, Urbanism, Spatial Planning & Mobility. Our work revolves around finding space solutions that are holistic and rooted in the culture and identity of a place.

As the world paradigm shifts towards sustainable concepts of living, UDAI’s design approach lies in appreciating the local context and its inherent natural and built attributes. The design ideology aims at being universally adaptable and socially relevant to the present and future of the place.

Approach & Philosophy

Our design and delivery evolves within a Collaborative, Cross Disciplinary approach. We always use state of art tools and team work approach to analyze, diagnose and propose solutions.

Change in place over a period of time is always about a multitude of factors, views and possibilities. Our design philosophy revolves around the idea of Equilibrium between various aspects that results in a holistic proposal.
